Three ways to engage us

Most work starts in one of three places: a new injury, a claim that has stopped moving, or a process that varies too much across sites. Scope is agreed up front.

Flagship engagement

Complex Claim Reset

When this applies

A claim has stalled, become expensive, carries conflicting information, or no longer has a clear way forward.

What we do

We read the file independently, work out what is holding the claim up, then set a short list of priority actions with named owners and review dates.

A small number of claims usually account for most of the cost and most of the management time. They are rarely stuck for one reason. A reset separates what has already happened from what can still be changed, so effort goes where it makes a difference.

What you receive

  • A clear history of what has happened
  • The issues holding the claim back
  • Costs and risks the employer can influence
  • A prioritised 90-day action plan

Primary engagement

Early Claim Control

When this applies

A workplace injury has just been reported and you want the first response handled clearly and consistently.

What we do

We work through the injury with you while the detail is still fresh, check what the worker is medically cleared to do against the work you actually have, and set out who does what by when.

What you receive

  • A quick read on the risks and anything likely to slow the claim down
  • A check of what the worker can do and what suitable work is available
  • An action plan covering the worker, the manager, the doctor and the insurer
  • Clear responsibilities and review dates
  • Agreed points where the matter is escalated

Workplace Injury Management Review

When this applies

Injury management works differently from site to site, leadership has little visibility, or the whole process depends on one experienced employee.

What we do

We look at how workplace injuries are handled now, point out the gaps that create risk, and set up a way of working your managers can run without specialist help.

What you receive

  • A clear picture of how injury management works today
  • The gaps that create the most risk
  • A simple path for escalating a claim that is not progressing
  • Roles and responsibilities managers can follow
  • Reporting and a regular review routine
  • A prioritised plan for putting the changes in place

How engagements work

How we work with you

01

Understand where things stand

We read the file, the medical certificates and the workplace situation so everyone is working from the same facts.

02

Work out what is holding things up

We separate what has already been decided from what you can still change.

03

Agree the priority actions, owners and dates

A short list of actions, each with a named owner and a date it will be checked.

04

Ongoing support, if needed

Some employers run the plan themselves. Others keep us involved through the review points. That support is quoted separately.
